As the Ringgit is dropping, people in Malaysia have no choice but to keep on working harder. But it doesn't matter how hard we work, our salary still stays at the same number. At this point, you will start thinking what if you're working overseas.
Let's get straight to the point, we will take RM2700 as an example of after tax salary. An individual with RM2700 that lives a decent life, how much will he get in 3 different countries?

It might be not fair if we solely comparing prices of random stuffs, but not stating the salary of an average person staying there, so here's some numbers:
Perhaps there are multiple factors that changes the way we spent our money, even culture did made a huge difference, like saying a regular American would grab a cup of coffee every morning, but a Malaysian on the other hand will go to the hawker center or mamak store for breakfast. Still one of the most concerned issue is the crime rate, the below is the data of four cities, I add in Jamaica as the fourth data because Westerners point out that the place is dangerous for tourist.
